Tập đoàn Behr Bircher Cellpack (BBC Group) được thành lập từ năm 1935 và có trụ sở chính tại Villmergen- Thụy Sĩ. Tập đoàn BBC Group bao gồm 5 thành viên:

- BBC Cellpack Electrical Products (Germany, Switzerland)
- Cellpack Packaging (Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic)
- Cellpack Plastic Techology (Switzerland, Czech Republic)
Cellpack Electrical Products được thành lập từ năm 1967 và có trụ sở chính tại Waldshut-Tiengen-Đức với 250 nhân viên trên toàn thế giới. Hiện tại Cellpack Electrical Products có 2 nhà máy sản xuất tại Waldshut, Tiengen - Đức; Radeberg - Đức và Melaka - Malaysia.
Cellpack nghiên cứu, phát triển và cung cấp toàn bộ các sản phẩm phụ kiện cáp điện với ứng dụng rộng rãi sử dụng công nghệ co nhiệt, silicone, slip-on, plug-in và cast resin đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn của các nhà máy điện và các tiêu chuẩn công nghiệp.
Theo kết quả của thử nghiệm tại nhà máy, cũng như các thử nghiệm tại các cơ sở thử nghiệm quốc tế độc lập, các phụ kiện cáp CELLPACK có thể đảm bảo độ tin cậy của tất cả các mối nối và chịu được với tất cả các ảnh hưởng môi trường xung quanh.
Toàn bộ sản phẩm điện trung thế được thử nghiệm theo tiêu chuẩn DIN VDE 0278, CENELEC HD 629,1, 629,2 HD, IEC 60502-4 và theo yêu cầu của IEEE và BS.
The Sicame company was created in 1955 in France to Pompadour, village situated in the department of the Corrèze and close to the city of Limoges. From 1958, it knew a fast growth thanks to the air electric development in France and to the export.

Takfan Machinery and Mould Co. Ltd. established in 1999 . TKFN, first began to work on epoxy clamping machines, and moulding for insulation materials in order to cover Turkey’s need on Epoxy Casting.
In 2005 , TKFN completely set to work on epoxy casting plants and epoxy injection workshops. In 2006 , TKFN stablished own epoxy product line for Circuit Breakers ,Plug in Bushings, Post Insulators etc.
Now We aim to be leader in Turkish & World Market by every second development with new Technologies and over 1500 m2 facilities in Köseköy Industrial Zone .
